Work orders are examined case by case and not always can be submitted. Referral program are not and can not be combined with PRO BONO but it is regulated under the same terms and conditions, including and not limited to resale any of our products and services. Invoices always will be charged direct to the customer and not to a third-party including the person participant in this program, Customer must approve and pay in full the invoices before Ankeal Fratelli Enterprises can issue the compensation of partipation and after a period of tolerance if service is submitted with a warranty.
No cash will be issue to participant, payment will be issue by check or electronic transaction such as Zell transfer and/or wire transfer for large amounts. All transactions must be recordable in order to be in compliance with our protocols including bookkeeping.
This is not a job offer and all passed, current and future participants are not and will not be considered as employees of Ankeal Fratelli Enterprises, contractors and/or any person that presents a work order in wich the compensation is equal or above $600.00 will be asked for major personal data in order to collect a tax form 1099 that must present for their own tax declaration. Ankeal Fratelli Enterprises can stop the referral program at any time and without previous notice even if the post still live.
